Having personally experienced the difficulties associated with a highly-litigated divorce, I came to the conclusion many years ago that clients need a divorce lawyer who understands what it is like to live through the breakup of a family.  Indeed, clients of a divorce lawyer need someone who can maximize benefits and minimize conflicts for families in transition.  I strongly believe that divorce is hard enough without the prospect of your attorney creating additional, but unnecessary, conflict.
